Job Summary: Bringing an enterprise into the AI age requires massive coordination between technical execution, compliance, and business strategy. R2 Technologies is seeking an Enterprise AI Deployment Lead to manage the execution of our legacy-to-AI modernization roadmaps. You will be the crucial bridge between our engineering teams and enterprise clients, ensuring that as legacy systems are ported, the new AI architectures are delivered on time, comply with industry regulations, and achieve maximum business adoption.
Key Responsibilities: * Lead the end-to-end project management of complex legacy application migrations and enterprise AI deployments (including platforms like SmartEnt).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of Architects, Code Refactoring Engineers, and Data Engineers using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Utilize AI-powered project management and documentation tools to track migration dependencies, sprint velocity, and technical debt burndown.
- Map newly developed AI systems and modernized architectures against strict enterprise compliance frameworks (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, SOC2).
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that AI-modernized systems meet all original business requirements and performance benchmarks.
- Drive the cultural and technical adoption of AI-first platforms within the client's organization through training and change management strategies.
- Identify operational risks during the legacy transition phase and proactively build mitigation plans.
Qualifications: *
Up to 3 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Agile Delivery, or Enterprise IT consulting.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), specifically regarding cloud migrations and LLM deployments.
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI-enhanced Jira) to streamline project documentation, reporting, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with enterprise compliance, risk management, and data privacy regulations.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex AI engineering concepts into clear business value.
Certifications in Agile (CSM), Project Management (PMP), or Cloud Practitioner fundamentals are highly preferred.
