Full Job Description
Enterprise AI Architecture Manager / Senior Manager
The Digital Core Reinvention practice focuses on the architecture and engineering work required to make AI a first-class participant in the enterprise core - not a layer beside it. As we build out our US Architect bench, we are hiring senior architecture leaders who can own the technical shape of the offering and set the bar for what credible AI-native transformation looks like in market.
You Are:
An architect who wants to solve some of the hardest problems in enterprise AI - designing multi-agent systems that actually work, and transforming established estates without breaking what already runs the business.
You carry the technical narrative into the client's CTO office without losing it on the way.
You belong here even if you haven't spent years in AI. Much of what makes a great practitioner in this work was learned somewhere adjacent - strong credentials in the neighboring discipline plus a year or two of serious hands-on work with LLM-based systems is exactly the profile we grow.
The Work:
At the Manager grade you own the architecture for a single engagement: design authority on the AI-native foundation, primary technical contact for the client's architecture group, leading the engineering team that builds it.
Depending on previous skills/experience and as you progress within Accenture you hold design authority across a portfolio of engagements and help shape the methodology - the reference patterns (Agent Framework Design, Multi-Model Orchestration, AI Guardrail Design, in skill terms), what gets productized, and how the team's architectural point of view evolves as the frontier moves.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:
3 Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience building enterprise systems, with at least 1-2 years working with AI/LLM systems in production or production-like contexts.
3 Minimum of 2 years designing AI-native or AI-adjacent architectures - event-driven, distributed, or data-intensive systems count.
3 Minimum of 3 years leading an engineering team, including at least 1 year managing the unique challenges of AI development.
3 Minimum of 1 year translating between AI capabilities and business value for executive audiences.
3 Minimum of 4 years of experience working in agile engineering or consulting teams.
3 AI-adjacent experience counts toward the bars above: strong credentials in the neighboring discipline combined with 1-2 years of hands-on LLM work is exactly the profile we grow.
3 Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Bonus Points if You Have:
3 Experience with the deliberate design of AI-to-deterministic boundaries.
3 Vector, graph, and event-streaming fluency across the architecture.
3 Production AI operations exposure - you design for the people who will run it.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
