You Are:A senior practitioner who has led AI-native transformations at enterprise scale and is ready to own the technical shape of the offering itself - the methodology, the assets, the quality bar, and the named technical point of view we put in front of clients and the market.
You operate as a peer to sales leadership on commercial conversations and as the technical authority on the most consequential engagements.
This is the senior technical track: we hire people here who would rather own a methodology than carry a number.
The Work:As an Enterprise AI Architect in this family, you are the technical owner for the offering. Concretely, that means three things at once:
You own the methodology. The end-to-end delivery methodology for AI-native architecture work is yours to defend, evolve, and sign off on - including the deliberately designed boundary between what AI controls and what stays deterministic (AI Guardrail Design)
You own the technical point of view.Conference talks, client architecture councils, frontier-partner relationships - you set the bar for what constitutes credible, non-generic AI transformation work.
You own the asset portfolio.Reference architectures, agent framework patterns, multi-model orchestration blueprints, evaluation harnesses - every major engagement either consumes an asset or produces one.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here's what you need:- Minimum of 8 years in enterprise technology delivery, with meaningful time in at least two of: large-scale data engineering, AI/ML platforms, enterprise architecture, software engineering leadership.
- Minimum of 2 years designing and delivering AI-native architectures at enterprise scale - production, not pilot - with at least one transformation you can speak to as the named architecture lead.
- Minimum of 5 years owning a productized offering, platform, or methodology - not just consulting within one.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate's Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience).
Professional Skills Required:- A clear, defensible point of view on the current AI frontier - what's real, what's hype, what matters in 18 months - that you can articulate publicly.
- Working command of the family's skill set: AI Architecture, AI Guardrail Design, Multi-Model Orchestration, Agent Framework Design.
- Demonstrated ability to translate a hands-on architecture argument into a crisp commercial narrative and back again.
- Demonstrated ability to walk into a client executive's office and earn the room on technical depth alone.
Bonus Points if You Have:- Experience designing multi-agent systems and the orchestration patterns between distinct agent roles.
- Experience with event-driven architectures and streaming technologies for real-time AI feedback loops.
- Experience analyzing existing systems through systematic dependency analysis and architectural discovery before modification.
- Comfort being outranked on pipeline conversations and outvoting on technical ones.
- A track record of editing methodology the way engineers edit code.
- Frontier-partner relationships (Anthropic, OpenAI, hyperscaler AI orgs, or equivalent).
