Position Summary

We are hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to own a set of strategic accounts-global AEC firms with thousands of employees, complex data environments, and formal procurement and security review processes. You will join a growing enterprise team, own your accounts from initial engagement through close, and drive expansion across the organization.

This is a consultative, technically substantive motion: long horizons, multi-stakeholder buying committees spanning digital transformation, IT, security, and practice leadership, and significant expansion potential. Many of these firms have internal AI teams already building, so the conversation often covers both what they build themselves and what they deploy from us. Pipeline comes from executive-led outreach, industry events, customer referrals, and partner channels. You will run structured paid pilots that prove value against real project data, then convert those pilots into production deployments across offices, disciplines, and geographies.

Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Development
  • Own a defined set of strategic accounts-build account plans, map organizational structure, and develop multi-threaded relationships across technical and executive stakeholders
  • Generate net-new pipeline through executive-led outreach, industry events, existing customer referrals, and partner channels
  • Develop and maintain account plans that identify expansion paths before the initial deal closes
  • Forecast accurately and maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene in HubSpot
Sales Execution
  • Run full enterprise sales cycles: discovery, technical qualification, executive alignment, pilot scoping, security review, commercial negotiation, and close
  • Lead structured paid pilots in partnership with Forward Deployed Engineering-scoping the right agent workflows, defining success criteria, and managing to measurable outcomes
  • Navigate enterprise security and procurement: SOC 2 reviews, vendor risk assessments, DPAs, data residency requirements, and MSA negotiations
  • Build and defend business cases with CFO-grade economics-time savings, error reduction, and capacity gains quantified against real workflows
Account Growth & Expansion
  • Convert initial deployments into enterprise-wide expansion across offices, disciplines, and geographies
  • Partner with Enterprise Success on adoption, renewal, and health across your accounts
  • Cultivate executive sponsors and internal champions who advocate for Nomic across the organization
  • Develop references, case studies, and customer advocacy that support the broader enterprise motion
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
  • 6-10 years of enterprise B2B software sales experience with a record of closing six- and seven-figure deals
  • Demonstrated success navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees with 6-12+ month sales cycles
  • Experience running technical evaluations or paid pilots as part of the sales process
  • Fluency with enterprise security and procurement processes-you've been through vendor risk assessments and know how to keep deals moving through them
  • Ability to establish credibility with technical buyers: engineers, CIOs, CTOs, and digital transformation leaders
  • Based in New York City; available three days per week in office, with willingness to travel regularly for customer meetings, executive engagements, and industry events
Preferred Qualifications
  • AEC industry experience-Procore, Autodesk, Bentley, Bluebeam, or comparable-or direct experience within an AEC firm
  • Experience selling AI, ML, or data platform products into technically sophisticated organizations
  • Track record of expanding accounts significantly beyond initial land
