About The RoleHello Patient is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to accelerate new customer acquisition across healthcare organizations nationwide. You'll own the full sales cycle end-to-end-prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close-while navigating complex stakeholder groups and building trusted relationships with operators and executive decision-makers.
You'll sell Mia, our AI-powered communication platform that automates high-volume patient conversations across phone, SMS, and chat. You'll help prospects understand the operational and financial impact of AI automation-reducing administrative burden, improving patient experience, and capturing revenue that would otherwise be missed.
This is a high-ownership role in a fast-moving, early-stage environment. You'll partner closely with leadership to strengthen messaging, ensure a seamless customer experience, and help scale a repeatable go-to-market motion as we grow. We're looking for a true hunter who is comfortable creating momentum, staying disciplined in a dynamic environment, and helping shape how we sell as we scale.
What You'll DoOwn and Drive Complex Sales Cycles- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Lead structured discovery, tailored demos, pricing discussions, and negotiations.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder buying groups across operations, finance, and executive leadership.
Hunt Strategically Into Enterprise Accounts- Build and execute outbound strategies to break into target healthcare organizations nationwide.
- Develop account penetration plans for multi-location groups.
- Generate pipeline through a combination of outbound, referrals, and strategic prospecting.
- Move deals from pilot entry points to large-scale enterprise expansions.
Drive Revenue Growth & Expansion- Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Build trusted relationships that unlock long-term growth.
- Manage pipeline and forecasting in HubSpot with discipline and accuracy.
- Consistently exceed revenue goals in a commission-driven environment.
Help Shape the GTM Motion- Partner closely with Sales Leadership, Product, and Implementation.
- Share customer feedback and competitive insights to influence positioning and roadmap.
- Contribute to building repeatable sales processes as we scale.
- Operate with autonomy and adaptability in an evolving startup environment.
What We're Looking ForMust have- 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS closing experience.
- Experience selling mid-market or enterprise deals (ideally $60K+ ACV).
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding quota.
- Strong hunter mentality - comfortable generating your own pipeline.
- Drive accounts from initial pilot engagements to long-term, enterprise-wide expansion.
- Experience navigating multi-threaded sales cycles.
- High ownership, self-direction, and comfort in early-stage environments.
- Strong consultative discovery and demo skills.
Preferred- Experience selling into healthcare organizations.
- Experience selling AI, automation, or workflow software.
- Background at high-performing SaaS companies (mid-market or enterprise).
- Experience selling nationally (not limited to a regional territory model).
- Startup experience building sales motion from the ground up.
Compensation- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250,000 - $300,000 (uncapped)
- Base salary: $100,000 - $150,000
- Equity: Meaningful ownership in a fast-growing healthtech startup
