You'll be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, crafting tailored solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver measurable impact. The ideal candidate brings a growth mindset, strong business acumen, and a passion for helping clients achieve their learning and development goals.

This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving revenue targets, and fostering long-term partnerships. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions, address client needs, and identify growth opportunities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through negotiation, close, and ongoing account growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory and account penetration plans to identify new buying centers, stakeholders, and revenue opportunities within enterprise accounts.
  • Generate qualified pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting, referral-based selling, networking, and executive relationship building.
  • Lead consultative discovery conversations with senior decision-makers, including C-suite executives, to uncover business challenges and strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across multiple levels within client organizations, expanding influence beyond initial points of contact.
  • Drive new business revenue by identifying and pursuing upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Leverage customer advocacy and referral strategies to create introductions and expand opportunities across target accounts and industries.
  • Guide clients through complex buying journeys using structured sales methodologies and Mutual Action Plans (MAPs).
  • Partner with internal subject matter experts to develop customized solutions that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Maintain a disciplined sales process, including accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Analyze account performance and market trends to identify whitespace opportunities and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Effectively manage customer retention and renewal activities while proactively identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Contribute to team success through participation in deal reviews, pipeline discussions, playbook development, sales training, and blitz days

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (training, SaaS, or consulting preferred)
  • Proven success managing large, strategic accounts and navigating complex buying cycles
  • Strong executive presence and ability to build trust with senior decision-makers
  • Expertise in account planning and driving structured growth initiatives
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and methodical in your approach with strong time management skills
  • High emotional intelligence and coachability - you take feedback and adapt quickly
  • Resourceful, proactive, and committed to excellence
  • Familiarity with Zoom Info, Sales Navigator, Microsoft 365, and virtual selling tools is a plus
  • Experience expanding existing accounts and breaking into new/dormant accounts

Benefits: We're committed to supporting our employees' health, financial stability, and overall well-being. Our comprehensive benefits include competitive Paid Time Off (PTO), Medical, Dental, and Vision plans, 100% company-paid Life and Disability insurance, and a generous 401(k) matching program.
