Position Overview A well-established, physician-led ENT practice in
Virginia Beach is seeking a
Physician Assistant to join its growing team. New graduates are welcome-full training and mentorship in Otolaryngology are provided.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and manage patients with ENT conditions
- Perform histories, physicals, and order/interpret diagnostic tests
- Assist with in-office procedures and surgical cases
- Perform minor procedures (ear cleaning, nasal packing, suturing, biopsies)
- Provide post-operative care and patient education
- Document all encounters in the EMR
- Collaborate with ENT physicians, nurses, and audiology staff
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited PA program
- NCCPA certified or eligible
- Virginia PA license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Interest in Otolaryngology; new grads encouraged to apply
