Position Overview: The Siemens Mobility Customer Service business seeks to hire a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and dedicated Engineering Project Manager (EMP) to lead the engineering support services for a fleet of our Charger Locomotives and Venture Coaches. The EPM leads the project engineering team through the mobilization and execution phase of our maintenance contract and is responsible for ensuring that all engineering requirements from the customer contract are met. The EPM is fully responsible for all maintenance engineering deliverables of the Service Project.
What your day-to-day will look like: - Work closely with the project management team, the customer, internal and supplier engineering teams to ensure all engineering requirements are clarified and delivered on schedule and with the expected quality.
- Drive the project timeline for service mobilization, maintenance plans, service material definition, and acceptance.
- Drive continuous updates to the customer documentation (e.g., maintenance documentation, spare part's catalog, work instructions, special tools' documentation.)
- Manage the resolution of project obsolescence issues in coordination with the obsolescence manager and system engineers.
- Monitor the delivery of all service engineering tasks and take appropriate actions to ensure resources are available and on schedule.
- The EPM is accountable for delivery of all service engineering tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

To thrive in this role, you have: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, a combination of education and Siemens relevant work experience will be considered.
- 3+ years of engineering project management experience with familiarity of maintenance management within the locomotive, heavy equipment, mining, aviation or automotive industries with knowledge of their equipment, technology, and regulatory obligations.
- PMP Certification or other project management methodology and terminology body of knowledge.
- Ability to travel 10%.

The pay range for this position is $137,088.00 - $160,956.00 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
