This person will work closely with the founders, act as a high-trust reviewer, and raise the bar for engineering quality and speed. What we're looking for (technical)- You have hands-on experience building features / leading projects from scratch
- You have a deep understanding of systems and infrastructure
- You have experience with JS frameworks and full-stack web apps
- You've been in fast-paced startup environments
What we're looking for (non technical)- You're good at (1) learning things quickly and (2) getting things done.
- You've shown excellence: be it in your education, work experiences, projects, or anything else you can share.
- You're good at communication and enjoy working in person.
Nice to haves- You were / want to be a founder.
- You have experience with large-scale data pipelines or search clusters.
