Location: Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 2505 N Highway 360, Suite 300, Grand Prairie, TX 75050.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
The Engineer Lead is responsible for full delivery of end-to-end system development and maintenance on medium Enterprise wide technology platforms.

- Maintains active relationships with customers to determine business requirements. 5.0%
- Leads requirements gathering meetings and reviews designs with the business. 10.0%
- Leads efforts with Web and marketing team to increase the presence of web products. 3.0%
- May implement improvements in stability, performance, and scalability across major business-critical systems. 10.0%
- May implement process to reduce barriers and roadblocks in projects, services, and processes in order to operate more efficiently. 5.0%
- Owns the change request process and coordinates with other teams as necessary. 5.0%
- Develops and owns list of final enhancements. 5.0%
- Develops and defines application scope and objectives and supervises the preparation of technical and/or functional specifications from with programs will be written. 5.0%
- Performs technical design reviews and code reviews. 5.0%
- Ensures unit test is completed and meets the test plan requirements, system testing is completed and system is implemented according to plan. 5.0%
- Responsible for delivery of application technology solutions and data information planning effort. 10.0%
- Coordinates and manages on-call support and owns the system monitoring process. 1.0%
- Owns the technical development environment and works on the Enterprise team. 5.0%
- Leads multiple or large projects and facilitates large group JAD sessions for requirements, modeling in several disciplines. 10.0%
- Leads vendor evaluation and analysis. 1.0%
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
- Seven (7) years in any occupation with engineering or related experience.
Experience Requirements:
- Seven (7) years in any occupation with engineering or related experience must include:
- Multi-dimensional platform experience;
- Experience with business and technical applications;
- Developing Restful webservices using Java/NodeJS;
- Designing and developing UI/UX for web applications using Angular;
- Developing Custom Data Models for DB's such as MongoDB;
- Cloud Technologies such as AWS.
