PurposeSenior leadership position, responsible for providing strategic direction, technical oversight, and mentorship to the civil engineering discipline. You will play a critical role in shaping the organization's engineering strategies, driving innovation, and ensuring excellence in project execution.

Responsibilities: - Perform building sizing and selection, alternative analyses, and other deliverables.
- Support the engineering, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning of facilities.
- Present engineering and design deliverables to project members, cross-functional teams, senior leadership, external vendors, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Plan, forecast, and actualize deliverable progress to support project progress reporting and schedule requirements.
- Identify scope changes and estimate impact to effort and schedule.
- Supports proposal efforts by evaluating RFP scope, identifying list of deliverables, and estimating effort required
- Work is highly independent.
- Prepares, reviews, and approves foundation, structural steel, building, and earthwork calculations, requisitions, studies, reports, BOMs, and designs.

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in structural engineering, civil engineering, or related field.
- Eight or more (8+) years of experience required.
- Professional Engineer licensure preferred.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in civil engineering principles and practices, particularly in the energy sector.
- Advanced proficiency in emerging civil engineering software and tools.
- Strong understanding of environmental and sustainability considerations.
- Advanced proficiency in geotechnical and structural engineering principles.
- In-depth knowledge of industry codes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills - written and verbal.
- High level of personal integrity.
- Strong relationship capabilities.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
Physical Demands and Working Environment- Primarily indoor professional office environment which may include bright/dim light, noise, fumes, odors, and traffic.
- Mobility around an office environment.
- Some outdoor work environment which may include adverse weather conditions, varying temperatures, excessive noise, and/or potential hazards.
- Mobility around a job/construction site to include walking, bending, crawling, climbing, use of ladders, squatting, or kneeling and wearing of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including occasional survey on elevated surfaces and roofs.
