- Enroll assets into Traxxall with full configuration, leveraging Traxxall's platform structure to maintain accurate, real-time maintenance records.
- Direct and review the Philippines-based support team's records and enrollment work, ensuring accuracy and turnaround meet JPE standards.
Cross-Functional & Vendor Coordination- Monitor MRO vendor performance for quality and compliance with JSSI requirements, flagging issues to the Asset Event Manager & Planner and Mx & Airworthiness Manager.
- Support the Asset Event Manager & Planner across unplanned requirement changes, new leases, and post-lease records - providing airworthiness input to the plan and confirming AvSight and Traxxall are updated with completion and lease status.
- Keep AvSight and Traxxall current and accurate across all assigned assets, ensuring the broader Asset Management team works from reliable data.
