We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Endocrinologist to join our thriving outpatient practice in South Windsor, Connecticut. This is an outstanding opportunity to become part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering comprehensive endocrine care in a supportive, physician-led environment.
Position Highlights
  • 100% outpatient practice with no inpatient responsibilities
  • Manage a broad spectrum of general endocrinology conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disease, osteoporosis, adrenal disorders, pituitary disorders, and metabolic bone disease
  • Collaborative, team-based approach focused on diabetes education, prevention, and long-term wellness
  • Dedicated Medical Assistant and Advanced Practice Provider support
  • EPIC electronic medical record across the Hartford HealthCare system
  • Large internal referral network from one of Connecticut's largest integrated healthcare systems
  • Opportunities to collaborate with specialists in radiology, nuclear medicine, endocrine surgery, oncology, molecular diagnostics, and primary care
