Job Summary:
As an Employee Benefits Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and providing strategic guidance in the realm of health and benefits. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of health and welfare benefit plans, compliance requirements, market trends and, most importantly, managing client needs. You will work as part of a consulting team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and driving value for clients.

Requirements:
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in employee benefits consulting or account management.
In-depth knowledge of health and welfare benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance.
In-dept knowledge of supplemental health benefits, voluntary benefits and work-life benefits that differentiate benefit plans.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Industry certifications such as Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) or Health Insurance Associate (HIA) are a plus.
Active Life & Health license is strongly preferred.
Skills & Abilities
Ability to build effective visual presentations and analytical dashboards
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well under pressure
Critical thinking skills, plus the intellectual curiosity to question/test assumptions
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent organization and prioritization skills
