We're a 24-hour emergency facility in the heart of Norwalk, California, providing comprehensive emergency and referral services, including surgery, digital radiology, ultrasonography, and more. Your Role: Emergency Veterinarian

As an Emergency Veterinarian at Crossroads Animal Emergency & Referral Center, you'll join a dynamic, multi-doctor ER team dedicated to delivering exceptional medicine and compassionate care.

You'll have access to a network of experienced specialists and medical leaders ready to collaborate, share knowledge, and champion your professional growth. You'll also work alongside a highly trained support staff who share your passion for patient care and teamwork.

Our hospital offers advanced tools and technology to support complex diagnostics and treatments - empowering you to practice cutting-edge, evidence-based emergency medicine. We're seeking a doctor who values collaboration, communication, and community - and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity ER setting.
Compensation

We offer a competitive, no-negative-accrual PROSAL model that rewards both your time and your talent.

Annual range: $160,000-$250,000 (dependent on experience, skill set, and location).
Additional compensation opportunities are available through production and shift differentials.
