Full-Time | Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
Salary: $140,000+ Based on Skills & Experience + Comprehensive Benefits
WHAT YOU'LL DO - Provide clinical and operational leadership for Emergency Department staff
- Oversee staffing, patient flow, and resource utilization
- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing personnel
- Partner with physicians, EMS, and interdisciplinary teams
- Lead quality, patient safety, and performance improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
- Support efficient operations in a high-volume, high-acuity environment

Requirements QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL HAVE - Current New York State RN License
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- Minimum 5 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
TNCC required - Previous Emergency Department leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong clinical, operational, and communication skills
HIGHLY DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE - Level I Trauma Center experience
- Assistant Nurse Manager, Assistant Head Nurse, Clinical Nurse Leader, Nurse Manager, or equivalent leadership experience
- High-volume urban Emergency Department experience
- Quality improvement and regulatory compliance leadership
