Job Description:

  • Oversees staff performance and manages staffing, hiring, orientation, and disciplinary processes.
  • Fosters a positive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
  • Manages budgets and resources while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
  • Demonstrates an understanding of healthcare finance and its impact on operations.
  • Leads and supports performance and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Implements evidence-based practice changes and ensures compliance with professional standards and hospital policies.
  • Uses critical thinking and technology to support decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Integrates new systems and technologies to enhance patient care and outcomes.
  • Provides strong leadership, mentorship, and support to staff.
