Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure engineering experience
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Subversion, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Proficiency with cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, or GCP; strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, or Prometheus preferred
• Experience supporting SOC 2 or HITRUST audit processes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for rapid, reliable software delivery
• Monitor system health, performance, and availability; respond to incidents and lead root cause analysis
• Ensure all infrastructure and deployments meet HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security standards
• Manage and optimize infrastructure, currently in a CGM hosted datacenter, contemplating a future move to Azure/AWS
• Support disaster recovery planning, backup strategies, and business continuity processes
• Manage maintenance window tasks, coordinating with the IT team for system patches execution
