Embedded Software EngineerJoin a highly successful software development team in Lincoln, Nebraska. We are responsible for application and embedded software development for the EFJohnson radio product line. We are a software engineering team of ~50 members and offer a relaxed work environment where you will be surrounded by amazing talent.
We ask that all applicants submit their transcript in the additional documentation section.Key Responsibilities - Develop and maintain embedded software for EFJohnson's subscriber and infrastructure product lines. There are both embedded linux and DSP development opportunities.
- Develop requirements and protocol documents for new and existing products.
- Provide technical support on subscriber products to solve design and field issues.
- Identify and correct defects in existing products.
Qualifications - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or Computer Science.
What We're Looking For- Experience with C/C++ is preferred
- Embedded software development experience a plus
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player.
- Must be a self-starter with excellent problem solving skills.
- Intermediate level of knowledge of development tools, test equipment, and documentation procedures is desired.
