Qualifications

• Board certified or eligible in Electrophysiology at the time of employment
• Active medical license in Washington State by the time of employment
• Current DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority
• BLS certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association
• Strong commitment to quality patient care
