Salary Range: $43.75 - 47.24 per hour

As our next Electrician, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting the build, integration, and installation of custom automation solutions across Canada and globally. Your expertise in industrial electrical systems and automation technologies will be crucial in ensuring reliable system performance, successful equipment deployment, and continuous process improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assemble electrical panels, circuits, and field wiring based on approved designs
Install and support automated systems on-site for new and existing equipment
Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic systems effectively
Work closely with controls technicians during PLC, robotics, and vision system setup
Support continuous improvement initiatives and resolve operational issues
Participate in team meetings and cross-functional problem solving
Assist in training and development of new team members
Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and 5S practices
What We’re Looking For:
Certificate of Qualification as an Electrician (442A or 309A) or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in industrial electrical or automation environments
Strong knowledge of electrical and pneumatic schematic drawings
Experience with PLC systems, VFDs, servo systems, and industrial controls
Understanding of electrical codes, safety circuits, and networked safety systems
Familiarity with industrial communication networks (Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, IO-Link, AS-i)
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience with electrical design
Exposure to robotics or advanced automation systems
Experience working in global or multi-site project environments
