Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in troubleshooting electrical equipment.
• Service experience with Automated Guided Vehicles (AGVs), Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (AS/RS), or conveyors preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
• Experience in quality assurance and adherence to installation standards.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical tasks on-site.
• Proficient with personal computers, spreadsheets, and weekly status reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure installation quality on project sites including both manufacturing and subcontractor work.
• Complete quality checklists and submit corrective actions for discrepancies.
• Maintain on-site safety through safety audits and enforcing standards.
• Assist with routine equipment trial runs to verify specifications and installation accuracy.
• Provide on-site reporting on schedule, resources, and project status to project leads and customers.
• Train and support contract labor and subcontractors in installation processes.
• Identify and resolve on-site problems, performing physical tasks as needed.
