Full Job Description
This position will work within Commercial and Healthcare, businesses and be part of an amazing and GROWING team! All positions are regular, full-time and benefits eligible. Pay range depending on experience, skills, and knowledge.

This position requires a decisive leader with a passion for hands-on work in outdoor environments and a strong drive for construction project management work. Must have a desire to work in a team-based environment and contribute immediately.

Job Duties:
• Effectively use all resources and lead/oversee craft workers assigned to specific areas of responsibility.
• Ensure all onsite personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work rules, etc. Document all violations, notify project management, and recommend/implement correction actions as required. Conduct accident investigations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc.
• Motivate others to achieve objectives. Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, etc.):
• Effectively plan and organize the work for which you are responsible.
• Keep daily job journal detailing actual events.
• Plan ahead for materials, tools, and information.

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Positive safety attitude and personal integrity
• Highly customer-service oriented & a team player; ability to create new and maintain current customers.
• Valid driver's license and insured personal transportation is also required
• 7 years prior experience in electrical construction in DOD, healthcare, industrial or premiere commercial is needed.
• Strong knowledge of estimating, scheduling, and budget processes; 2-4 years' experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of the NEC and NFPA 70E
• Ability to manage risk & profitability successfully
