Prizm Electrical Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Project Manager to join our team in Denver, CO. This position will oversee all aspects of assigned projects from commencement to completion. You will manage these projects in a manner that exceeds our customers' expectations and ensures that our work adheres to all company safety policies and OSHA mandated requirements.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
Essential Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

Day-to-day tasks include, but not limited to the following:
Prepare and maintain Monthly/Bi-weekly Cost Reports (Profit Projections and Work in Process (WIP)
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
Coordinate with General Superintendent on project manpower requirements
Prepare and maintain Schedule of Values and Pay Applications throughout the Project duration
Build and implement project schedules
Create and maintain Change Orders and Logs
Oversee and plan each Electrical Project with GC from pre-construction through completion on all projects
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and ensure that they are complete, on time, and under budget
Oversee and manage daily project coordination
Approve invoices for Vendor Payment
Respond to issues for ongoing project RFI's
Review addendums and changes for building purposes
Keep and maintain communications between company and GC's, subcontractors, and owner/developers throughout the building process
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma/GED required
Bachelor's Degree (electrical engineering degree a plus)
3- years successful electrical PM experience (large job experience and OSHA 30 a plus)
Prior experience in electrical estimating
Proficient in Accubid Anywhere or similar estimating software is highly preferred
Ability to create and update a project schedule to identify when each task will be completed
