Summary of Job: Responsible for safety awareness, top and bottom financial performance, assignment of projects, closing out of projects, recruiting field employees and managers, high-level strategic sales, strategic leadership of staff, and resourcing the Special Projects Group.
Education and Experience- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering or Finance preferred
- 8 or more years construction and/or account management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products with the ability to be trained in the use of company-specific applications and software
- Field operations experience in the construction industry
