Ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget, while ensuring that safety standards are met throughout the duration of each project. Responsibilities- Supervise workers to ensure that they meet deadlines and quality standards
- Monitor projects to ensure that they are completed on time and within budget
- Conducting research on new technologies related to electrical components of safety issues
- Overseeing the hiring and training of electrical workers
Requirements and Skills- Proven experience as electrical manager or in similar leadership role
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Proficient in use of electrical design software and project management tools
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
