**Equipment & Infrastructure:** Manage requirements, preventative maintenance, calibrations, and upgrades for test equipment, tooling, DAQ systems, and environmental chambers.
**Process Improvement & Planning:** Identify and document critical process mechanisms to improve lab safety, manufacturing efficiency, and build quality.
**Project & Vendor Management:** Conduct project planning, cost analysis, and vendor evaluations. Coordinate subcontractor scheduling, facility infrastructure projects, and maintain rigorous documentation for job status and material flow.
**Test Infrastructure & Rack Integration**
Rack Architecture: Architect and assemble test racks, integrating PXIe chassis, programmable power supplies, and switching matrices for electrical support equipment.
Interconnect Systems: Execute "clean" wiring using custom-labeled looms and EMI shielding. Design breakout boxes to interface the Unit Under Test (UUT) with instrumentation.
** Validation & Hardware Analysis**
ATE Development: Design and build custom test fixtures and Automated Test Equipment for PCBA and full-system validation for recurring builds.
Precision Debugging: Characterize performance and signal integrity using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators to resolve complex hardware issues.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BS degree in electrical engineering or equivalent
- 5+ years of hardware development, test lab, space/aerospace maintenance or hands-on engineering environment experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of hardware development, test lab, space/aerospace maintenance or hands-on engineering environment experience
- 4+ years of hardware design and validation of components, subsystems and systems experience
