Full Job Description
As an Electrical Estimator II, you'll play a key role in winning and delivering complex industrial projects by turning drawings, specs, and ideas into clear, accurate, competitive estimates.

What you'll do

In this role, you will:
  • Build accurate, competitive estimates for industrial electrical projects
  • Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to define scope and pricing
  • Partner with clients, vendors, and internal teams to clarify project details and develop scope
  • Analyze labor units, cost history, and production data to strengthen estimates
  • Identify risks, gaps, and value-add opportunities and communicate them clearly
  • Support proposal development and bid strategy with the proposal team
  • Document assumptions, clarifications, and decisions throughout the bid cycle
  • Assist with contract review, negotiations, and project handoff to execution teams
  • Support change orders and cost-to-complete estimates on active projects
  • Contribute to improving estimating methods, tools, and standards

Helpful technical skills

Experience with the following is a plus:
  • Microsoft Excel, Office Suite, and Adobe Acrobat
  • Electrical fundamentals such as voltage drop, conduit fill, and ampacity

Compensation and benefits

Salary:$85,000-$95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications, with bonus opportunities.
