Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering required.
• Master's degree in electrical engineering is preferred.
• Three years of experience in inductor and/or transformer design or manufacturing required; knowledge of magnetic materials preferred.
• Strong foundation in electromagnetic theory, magnetic circuit analysis, and inductor/transformer design.
• Proficiency with engineering and simulation tools including ANSYS Maxwell, P-Spice, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
• Hands-on experience with lab equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform design calculations for custom inductors, transformers, and common mode chokes based on customer specifications.
• Model, evaluate, and test new products.
• Work with Sales, Marketing, and Program Managers to align on product requirements and design initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth transition from design to mass production.
• Coordinate with vendors on materials, designs, schedules, and costs.
• Provide technical support to global production plants for new and existing designs.
• Prepare and maintain essential documentation such as ECNs and AVLs.
