About the Role and Your Impact- Design, develop, and improve magnetic component products, including defining and building prototypes
- Drive quality and performance improvements through testing, analysis, and refinement
- Work with sales and marketing to translate customer needs into product specifications
- Collaborate with operations, manufacturing, and quality teams to transition designs into production
- Serve as the engineering contact for released products and support them throughout their lifecycle
Who We're Looking For- Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering Technology
- Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks (preferred)
- Ability to generate cost-reduction ideas without sacrificing quality or performance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
