Qualifications

• BA/BS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Industrial Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Ability to manage all electrical department aspects and collaborate effectively.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CAD, SAP, Excel, and project management software.
• Project experience in design and engineering improvements is preferred.
• Seamless Pipe Mill experience is a significant plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing work procedures and preventative maintenance programs.
• Participate in plant 5S, Lean manufacturing programs, and continuous improvement activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis meetings to identify and resolve process issues.
• Manage scheduling for downtime, outages, and special projects.
• Monitor costs associated with the electrical maintenance team.
• Oversee all ongoing electrical projects.
• Coordinate effective maintenance and repairs using SAP.
