Full Job Description
Where is the work:
On-Site (5 days)

The Environmental Health & Safety leader, leads and supports site EHS programs to maintain a safe, healthy, and compliant workplace. This role oversees day-to-day EHS activities, promotes a strong safety culture, ensures compliance with applicable regulations, and partners with operations and leadership to reduce risk and drive continuous improvement.

What you will do:
  • Lead day-to-day EHS activities and programs
  • Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations
  • Conduct inspections, audits, hazard assessments, and incident investigations
  • Track key EHS metrics and support corrective actions
  • Lead safety training, onboarding, and refresher programs
  • Partner with site leaders to identify and reduce workplace hazards
  • Support programs such as lockout/tagout, hazard communication, machine guarding, ergonomics, powered industrial trucks, and emergency response
  • Supervise EHS technicians across multiple shifts


What you will Bring:
  • 3-7 years of EHS experience in manufacturing, warehouse, distribution, or other general industry environments
  • Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental science, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Knowledge of general industry safety and environmental compliance requirements
  • Experience with audits, incident investigations, and risk assessments
  • Strong leadership, communication, training, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS reporting systems

Preferred
  • ASP, CSP, CHMM, or CIH certification
  • Experience with ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001
  • Continuous improvement or behavior-based safety experience


Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:
$83,600.00 - $151,479.99
