About the role:

The Education and Training Manager is responsible for building, leading, and improving Apex Paramedics' education and training systems. This role manages clinical education. It also ensures new hires, Field Instructors, and field team members receive consistent, high-quality training that supports operational readiness, employee success, and the Apex Way!

What you'll own:

Build consistent training and post-release support that prepares new providers for field success.

Manage the Field Instructor program by setting clear expectations, developing instructors, and maintaining a reliable instructor pipeline that supports operational needs.

Lead new-hire academy, continuing education, IV training, certification courses, refresher training, and other internal education programs.

Use clinical trends, documentation gaps, safety events, customer feedback, and field input to set training priorities.

Maintain training records and track completion, provider readiness, remediation, and follow-up.

Partner across departments to keep training aligned with clinical standards, operational needs, and field performance.

Success in this role:

New hires are better prepared, instructors are more consistent, training gaps surface earlier, and education priorities stay connected to safe, reliable field performance.

$85,000 - $95,000 a year
