eDiscovery Review Attorney - Nashville Preferred; Any Office Location
A nationally recognized law firm is seeking an eDiscovery Review Attorney to support litigation teams on litigation, regulatory investigations, and internal investigations. Nashville is preferred, and the firm will consider candidates in any of its offices.
Responsibilities
• Conduct first- and second-level document review on platforms such as Relativity and Everlaw
• Prepare privilege logs and perform quality control on review work
• Develop and validate search terms
• Set up review workflows and prepare productions
• Manage review teams and train new reviewers as the role grows
Qualifications
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• At least 1 year of document review experience
• Experience with Relativity and/or Everlaw
• Experience with TAR/predictive coding preferred
• Familiarity with the full eDiscovery lifecycle is a plus
Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
