The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented critical thinker with strong analysis, communication, writing, and presentation skills. There is no academic major requirement, but we are looking for candidates who are familiar with economics, math, and statistics.
Previous Analysts have gone on to law school, business school, and Ph.D. programs at top universities. Others have pursued careers in technology, business consulting, finance, research, and nonprofit work.

In addition to paid compensation, we offer a signing/relocation bonus, we fully fund all health/dental/vision insurance coverage, and we offer generous 401(k) matching and paid leave policies. Upon completion of onboarding and training, Analysts may be given the opportunity to take advantage of a hybrid work environment, which typically consists of three days in the office and two days working from home. As is standard in our industry, there is a certain degree of fluctuation in the number of hours worked, particularly during deadline stretches. During such periods, employees may be required to work off-hours, including nights and weekends.
We will be reviewing applications and hiring on a rolling basis until positions are filled.

Because were a small, tight-knit team, we are genuinely interested in learning about you and your skills. We therefore request that candidates refrain from submitting application materials that have been wholly generated by AI and from using AI assistance during interviews.
