In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion
• Facilitate effective coordination between technical teams and client stakeholders by organizing regular meetings, sprints, and project phases to align expectations and objectives
• Support technical teams in executing development, integration, and customization stages of enterprise application packages, ensuring adherence to project requirements
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations

Required Skill and Experience• Experience with Oracle eBS functional Time and Labor.
• Experience with Oracle eBS functional Payroll.
• Oracle functional expertise and industry experience in services organizations.
• Implementation experience with an understanding of Oracle EBS R12.2.x suite of applications.
• At least 2 or 3 full life cycle implementation and support experience in Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite (Oracle Time & Labor, Payroll, Core HR) modules.
• Experience and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite of modules listed above.
• Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Time and Labor and integrations.
• Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Global Payroll and integrations.
• Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle HR / Workday and Integrations.
• Must have functional and technical knowledge of benefit interfaces.
• Must have functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Absence and interfaces.
• Knowledge on Payroll interfaces - Oracle Global View / Celergo.
• Experience with Smart Recruiters interfaces.
• Experience with Oracle custom reports.
• Experience executing implementation strategy, capturing business, systems requirements, and analysis, prepare functional specification documents, solution designing, prototyping, testing, training, and implementing practical business solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle EBS R12.2.x strategy on handling data conversion/migrations, Inbound/Outbound interfaces and reports with 3rd party applications.
Preferred Skill and Experience• Ability to identify functionality gaps and support the development of solutions for them.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptability in business interaction and understanding of business applications.
Additional Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
