Eastern Regional Manager

We are a USA owned and operated company selling a wide range of RF, Microwave, and mmWave connectors and cable assemblies. The primary customer base in the Eastern Region is USA Defense contractors. We need to fill this position because the person you would be succeeding passed away recently, and we need someone to continue with the extraordinary growth that he achieved.

The person we seek will be a Seasoned Professional with extensive knowledge and experience working with a wide range of defense contractors and commercial accounts in the Eastern USA. Specific experience within the RF cable and connector industry is highly desirable but not required. Must be independent and self-driven, but also a strong team player and leader. The position will also require experience working with Independent Sales Representives, as well as identifying possible candidates to take on the Anoison line. The person who assumes this position will be an Independent Contractor. Compensation will be a fixed monthly, "Consulting Fee" plus Commissions. We also cover all normal travel, office, phone/internet expenses. This position also offers the opportunity to become a part-owner of the company and possible promotion to higher management responsibilities.
