What you will do:- Lead and coordinate large-scale campus recruiting and diversity-focused events, serving as a subject matter expert in early talent recruiting practices.
- Manage recruiting logistics, vendor coordination, candidate communications, and the North America campus recruiting calendar to ensure a strong candidate experience.
- Support full-cycle recruiting for Early Career programs, including candidate screening, interview coordination, career fair participation, and scheduling.
- Drive process improvements, manage budgets and purchase orders, ensure compliance with policies and payment terms, and contribute to HR projects as assigned.
- Research and recommend partnerships, events, and tools that strengthen recruiting partnerships and outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, universities, and organizations.
- Partner with the marketing team and external vendors to support branding and marketing initiatives, while identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and execution
- Leverage external partnerships to attract diverse early-career talent
- Collaborate across teams to influence strategy and execution while representing the company and Early Talent Recruiting team professionally to candidates and stakeholders
What you will bring:- Strong analytical, business planning, and project management skills - Articulate in writing a plan with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Must be able to collaborate across levels within the company and with external partners
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Percentage of Travel: 20-35% to support recruiting events and external partner meetings
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or Related field
