As an OT Evaluator, you will play a crucial role in evaluating occupational disorders in children and identifying areas of need, providing timely and professional documentation of evaluations, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Compensation
  • $130 - $210 per evaluation
  • $52 - $73 per hour services


Responsibilities
  • Evaluate occupational disorders in children and identify areas of need
  • Educate and train children, parents, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies
  • Collaborate with other therapists and program management to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide timely and professional documentation of evaluations
  • Complete timely and accurate daily session notes on our easy-to-use web-based documentation system
  • Provide quality, evidence-based clinical interventions to clients and their families
  • Complete required progress reports with accurate and thorough information/data
  • Complete and submit necessary paperwork prior to starting each case
  • Submit monthly billing on time and comprehensively


Requirements

For OT:
  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school recognized by the AOTA
  • New York State licensure in Occupational Therapy
  • Reliable transportation
  • Clean background and criminal record
