Infant Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant to join our Early Childhood Services Department. The Consultant will work directly with early childhood educators serving infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children, with a focus on strengthening educator capacity, social-emotional support, reflective practices, and early childhood mental health competencies.

Qualifications
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related behavioral health or counseling field required
• Licensed or licensed-eligible clinicians preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with young children (birth to age five) and/or families with young children
• Experience coaching, training, mentoring, or teaching adult learners
• Working knowledge of typical and atypical early childhood development, as well as infant and early childhood mental health principles and practices
• Must obtain endorsement from the New York State Association of Infant Mental Health (NYSAIMH) within one (1) year of employment.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English preferred
• Willingness and ability to travel regionally across Long Island as needed
• Experience working within early childhood settings preferred
