E-Commerce Category ManagerThis role will be located at our Seattle office.
Reports To: E-Commerce Director
Summary: You will own the strategy and execution of product and category management on the e-commerce and marketplace websites.
Job Duties • Strategic ownership of product categorization and merchandising on across owned e-commerce websites and online marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, etc).
• Execute merchandising strategy, updating PLP's and product categories to reflect sales and desired customer purchase flow. Manage product hierarchies on categories based on a combination of sell through, interest, inventory and promotions.
• Manage merchandising, search optimization, and product page content and design on third party marketplaces to ensure maximum revenue potential, utilizing sales data to improve rankings.
• Monitor product sales daily to look for customer purchasing changes Use sales data to update categorization and merchandising on a daily basis.
• Monitor competitors to identify market trends in comparable products.
• Report on product sales on a weekly basis, identify movement in top sellers or changes seen in trends at a SKU level.
• Work with the marketing team to improve product specific advertising.
• Responsible for accurate data tracking and reporting to the marketing and sales teams.
Requirements and Skills • Proven expertise in Category Management and merchandising.
• Strong experience in sales analysis at a product level.
• Demonstrated ability in data analysis and report building.
• Excellent leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and execute strategic merchandising initiatives for growth within a competitive marketplace
• Experience working within natural health products, supplements, or consumer packaged goods industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field; an advanced degree is a plus

Pay Range: $100,000 - $110,000 per year
