Job Title E-3G DRAGON Pilot Instructor Job Description Cape Fox subsidiary, Kwaan Tech, is seeking a highly organized and motivated E-3G Diminishing Manufacturing Sources Replacement of Avionics for Global Operations and Navigation (DRAGON) Pilot Instructor to join our team in support of the E-3 Contract Aircrew Training and Courseware Development (CWD) program at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma. This role requires providing E-3G pilot instruction, evaluating aircrew performance, and maintaining safe and standardized training operations. This position is contingent upon award. Core Duties: • Provide E-3G DRAGON pilot academic, simulator, and flight instruction as assigned • Prepare and conduct briefings, instructional events, evaluations, debriefings, and remediation using approved courseware and procedures • Evaluate student knowledge, aircraft handling, crew coordination, emergency procedures, and mission performance • Maintain required aircraft, instructor, medical, security, and training qualifications and currency • Apply risk-management and flight-safety requirements throughout training operations • Support the development, validation, and revision of pilot courseware and training materials Travel Requirements 0 - 10% Job Requirements Requirements: • Previous flight instructor experience within the last five years in any Air Force multi-place jet aircraft (no turboprops), OR qualified as a contract pilot instructor in any E-3 A/B/G or E-8 model within the last two years • Previously qualified in any Air Force B707 or -135 model aircraft within the last ten years • Glass cockpit-qualified within the last five years • Minimum of two (2) years' experience as an Air Force B707 or -135 model aircraft instructor • Must possess or be able to obtain a Top Secret clearance with SCI access • Must be a U.S. citizen or immigrant alien who qualifies for, or previously held, a U.S. security clearance • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English • Must present a neat, professional appearance and comply with contractor identification requirements • Must identify as a contractor employee in telephone conversations and written correspondence • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 Desired Qualifications: • Previous experience on E-3 (DRAGON or Communications, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM)) • Previous flight evaluator experience in the applicable aircraft • Previous experience as an academic platform instructor or training device (simulator) instructor #CJ Category Other Location Tinker AFB - Oklahoma City, OK 73150 US (Primary) Education Some Education
