Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of software testing experience, including both manual and automated.
• 3+ years of experience specifically with Microsoft Dynamics Finance.
• Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools.
• Experience using test management tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans including functional, regression, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
• Manage and execute manual and automated test cases using various tools and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and ensure quality outcomes.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, aligning testing efforts with SAFe principles.
• Document defects and test results while maintaining detailed logs.
• Support end-user testing and conduct feature walkthroughs.
• Leverage AI-based testing tools to improve coverage and efficiency.
