Responsibilities Lead business analysis and requirements discovery activities Facilitate executive workshops and requirements gathering sessions Own functional solution design across Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform Identify opportunities for AI-enabled business transformation Design functional aspects of Copilot Studio solutions Support client advisory, roadmap definition, and change management Mentor consultants and contribute to delivery excellence Collaborate with architects and engineers throughout implementation Requirements 5+ years of Dynamics 365 CE consulting experience Expertise in CRM configuration and business process design Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio Requirements engineering and workshop facilitation skills Business transformation and stakeholder management expertise Understanding of solution delivery methodologies Advanced English Understanding of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio Ability to identify AI-enabled business opportunities Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts Understanding of Responsible AI principles Experience with AI-powered productivity or development tools Experience designing, configuring, or developing AI agents is a plus Nice to have Power BI experience Dynamics 365 ERP familiarity Industry experience in healthcare, insurance, financial services, or manufacturing
