Job Description
Key Responsibilities- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement discovery sessions.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Support Duck Creek Policy, Billing, and Claims implementations.
- Create process flows, use cases, business rules, and requirements documentation.
- Collaborate with Agile teams during backlog grooming, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support SIT, UAT, defect management, and production enhancements.
- Analyze system impacts and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Required Skills- 7+ years of Business Analysis experience within the Insurance industry.
- Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Policy Administration, Billing, or Claims.
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance processes.
- Expertise in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and documentation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong experience creating user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile tools.
Preferred Skills- Duck Creek implementation experience.
- Exposure to Duck Creek Author, Product Studio, and Configuration tools.
- Experience with Duck Creek OnDemand (DCOD).
- Knowledge of Guidewire or other core insurance platforms.
- Experience with APIs, integrations, and data mapping.
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS cloud environments.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $80,000 - $100,000/Annum

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
