Job Title: Associate Principal - Package Implementation
Primary Technical Skills (Must Have):
Seeking an experienced Associate Principal with 10 to 12 years of expertise in Duck Creek Policy to lead design implementation and support of insurance policy administration solutions with DuckCreek Integration knowledge
Lead the development and configuration of Duck Creek Policy modules to align with complex business requirements
Collaborate with business analyst's stakeholders and cross functional teams to translate functional needs into scalable technical solutions
Strong hands-on experience with Duck Creek Author Express and Manuscript tools
Deep understanding of insurance domain concepts especially PC Property Casualty
Lead the design development and implementation of Duck Creek Policy solutions
Collaborate with business analyst's architects and client stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
Ensure high-quality code delivery and adherence to best practices and coding standards
Conduct code reviews performance tuning and troubleshooting
Act as the primary technical point of contact for the client
