Regional Sleeper Driver | Huntsville Area | $83,000 First-Year Potential | Up to $96,000
Start your day after lunch, run a few thousand miles, and finish the week with days off in a row. This regional dry van job gives you a well-kept automatic sleeper and freight you never have to touch.
The money first. Drivers average about $83,000 in their first year, which works out to $280 or more per day, and top earners reach $96,000. There's also an extra $50 every week for safety and performance. Pay is built around your miles, which run between 2,800 and 3,200 a week, and the check comes weekly.
Your week goes like this: start times fall anywhere from noon to 5:00 p.m., you're home weekly, and your days off come back to back in the middle of the week, so errands and appointments get easier.
Every load is drop and hook and 100% no-touch, pulling 53' dry vans. No loading, no unloading, no waiting on docks.
What helps you qualify:
- A valid Class A CDL
- 9 months of tractor-trailer driving in the past 3 years
- Okay with a urine and hair follicle drug test
Background questions come later in the hiring process, like at most jobs, so you can apply without gathering any records first.
What you get for the work:
- Medical, vision, dental, life and disability insurance
- Prescription coverage
- Paid time off, earned vacation and holiday pay
- 401(k) with a company match
If afternoon starts and midweek days off sound like your speed, send in your application and we'll be in touch.
