Role OverviewWe are seeking a Senior Software Developer with 4+ years of experience in .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, and LINQ. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor developers, establish coding standards, and ensure high quality software delivery. This role also involves facilitating Agile ceremonies as a Scrum Master, guiding technical decisions, and developing proof of concepts (POCs) to validate solutions and reduce delivery risks.
Required Skills- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands on experience with .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC.
- Experience developing and maintaining Web APIs.
- Proficiency in C# and LINQ.
- Ability to lead and mentor developers and establish coding standards.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum practices and facilitating Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, technical design, and development best practices.
- Experience designing and developing proof of concepts to validate technical approaches.
- Strong problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor developers, establish coding standards, and ensure quality software delivery.
- Act as Scrum Master by facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, and maintaining team velocity.
- Drive technical direction and align implementation with established architecture and development best practices.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, C#, and LINQ.
- Design and develop proof of concepts to validate proposed technical approaches and reduce delivery risks.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to resolve technical challenges and support project objectives.
- Review code and promote maintainable, reliable, and high quality software development practices.
- Monitor delivery progress and support the team in meeting project goals and timelines.
Expected Deliverables- High quality software solutions developed using .NET technologies.
- Established coding standards and technical implementation guidelines.
- Technical designs and proof of concepts validating proposed solutions.
- Effective Agile/Scrum coordination and progress toward delivery objectives.
Education RequirementBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
