We are seeking an experienced DOJ-Wide Contract Director to support ITC Federal9s work for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) under the anticipated MEGA 6 automated litigation support (ALS) program. This is a fully remote position supporting DOJ9s complex litigation mission.

Important: This opening is being established in connection with the MEGA 6 contract vehicle award itself. ITC Federal must still be awarded individual task orders under the vehicle before employees can be onboarded. Accordingly, this position is full-time and contingent upon both contract award and the award of the applicable task order.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The DOJ-Wide Contract Director is a senior manager responsible for coordinating the management of Division-specific work performed under the Division Contract Director(s). While most work under the contract is performed independently for each Division served, there are occasional requirements for the coordination of efforts and resources, and the DOJ-Wide Contract Director is ultimately responsible for coordinating these efforts. This is a Key Personnel position.

PROGRAM CONTEXT:

This position supports the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) under the anticipated MEGA 6 procurement. MEGA 6 is expected to continue DOJ9s multiple-award contract vehicle for automated litigation support (ALS) services, following the structure of the MEGA 5 contract. These contracts are designed to provide DOJ offices, boards, divisions, and other federal agencies with information technology, professional services, and litigation support tools to manage complex legal proceedings efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the management of Division-specific work performed under the Division Contract Directors across all participating DOJ components.
  • Serve as the senior point of coordination when efforts and resources must be shared across multiple Divisions.
  • Meet with each COR at least once a month for Division-level in-progress reviews (IPRs).
  • Attend other periodic meetings as required, including joint meetings with all CORs and the Contracting Officer.
  • Implement the contract management structure so that requirements spanning multiple Divisions are handled effectively.
  • Be available on short notice for in-person meetings in the Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start (candidates are not required to be cleared at the time of application).
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
  • Senior management experience coordinating large, multi-component litigation support or IT services programs.
  • Broad and deep knowledge of litigation support, business administration, human resource management, information resources management, and data processing.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to interface with senior Government stakeholders, CORs, and the Contracting Officer.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate efforts and resources across multiple organizations simultaneously.
  • Must be located in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and available on short notice for in-person meetings.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience supporting DOJ or other federal litigation support programs (e.g., Mega 5).
  • Experience managing multiple-award contract vehicles and associated task orders.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • This is a fully remote position; work is performed from a home office.
  • Must be located in or near the Washington, DC area and available for short-notice on-site meetings.
  • Work is primarily sedentary, performed while using a computer for extended periods of time.
