Rudolph & Sletten, a Tutor Perini Company, is seeking a Document Control Coordinator to join our office in CA.
DESCRIPTION:
The Document Control Specialist provides administrative support to the Rudolph and Sletten (R&S) jobsite Project Team. Responsible for maintaining the construction documents on multiple platforms in compliance with project requirements. This position will be located at a construction project site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain the construction documents, in accordance with strict project guidelines, on multiple platforms. Work with Project Team to ensure documents remain orderly and organized.
- The platforms used on the UCSF BCH Project include:
- Procore
- Egnyte
- Box
- Revizto
- vPlanner
- Champion the LEED documentation efforts for the Project Team.
- Quarterly MMRP Reporting.
- Act as liaison for R&S on the project, and assist all Project Participants with documentation needs.
- Expect to attend meetings with your counterparts representing the Owner (UCSF) and Architect (SmithGroup).
- Run project reports as required for the Project Team, Project Participants, and for record purposes.
- Assist the Project Team with photo documentation using Cupix, Procore and DataBuilt (drone captures via Remote Optix).
- Assist the Office Administrator and the rest of the team with any site security/badging or other logistical items.
- Work with the Project Team at the end of the project to assemble and file any other necessary documentation for archiving.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships, treating all Project Participants (including peers, Project Team members, client representatives, subcontractors, and vendors) with courtesy and respect.
- Always represents the company with professionalism and in a positive manner.

- Ability to organize information within established project filing and documentation structures to ensure consistency and ease of access.
- Ability to communicate effectively and fulfill a critical role as a Project Team member within a team environment. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across departments and projects in support of resolving mutual issues and enhancing organizational processes.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, producing quality work on time-sensitive deadlines while remaining flexible and able to pivot between tasks as needed.
- Ability to quickly learn and proficiently navigate new software platforms to review, track, and upload project documents and information.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Construction industry experience preferred, but not required.
- Excel proficiency and use of overall MS Office Suite.
- Ability to quickly learn and proficiently navigate new software platforms to review, track, and upload project documents and information.
- Experience using Procore (project management software), Box and Egnyte (cloud-based file-sharing and content management), and Bluebeam (pdf viewer) is helpful.
- On occasion, may be required to travel and traverse uneven or unpaved terrain to access construction work sites.
